We use intro projects as a new approach to promote fairness and inclusivity during our recruiting process. You will no longer be judged by your experience or your interview presentation. If you complete the intro-projects assigned by your sub-team, then you’ve shown that you can learn, adept, and rise to the challenges ahead. These projects are meant to get you up to speed with the team’s most common tasks, so don’t hesitate and give it a try.
